Not sure how much it helps, but you can use the Search button on the forum, assuming your key words contain more than 3 characters, e.g.:
https://forum.rainmeter.net/search.php?st=0&sk=t&sd=d&sr=posts&keywords=world+clock&fid%5B%5D=27
Obviously, more or different words can be used to refine or make the search more comprehensive (I searched for 'world clock' in the Share Your Creations section of the forum above).
Unfortunately, I'm not one who can come up with such examples from memory, so in that regard others might offer better answers. Oh, and one other thing: you didn't specify what 'best' or 'what you're looking for' mean, and since we try to be but we're not exactly mind readers, some details on what would you look for in a world clock might be useful in order to get better recommendations (if any).
