While this is definitely useful for forensic purposes (whether such actions are done by the experienced user himself or other less private entities), I can't even begin to imagine how bad is for a SSD to constantly write such huge amounts of data and wear it at such a fast rate. This and other cases of largely unnecessary event logging should have a global on / off switch that could be used to toggle off such actions at least in the case of normal behavior that doesn't require further examination for problems. Overall, i.e. not just for this particular issue, investigating ways to turn off such actions by disabling some services, scheduled tasks, other resident applications or adjusting registry keys is an old problem in Windows, unfortunately made worse in newer versions.
