The Anchor BBCode is in my view just too complicated for a user to actually use, for very little benefit. The url to the anchor will jump to the anchor set in the SAME post, but it just puts the text or image that has the anchor in the view window, doesn't in any way highlight or point to what is supposed to be of interest, and is really only of any value on a VERY long post, where information in question is several pages further on.
The Align BBCode is ok, but does NOT work on attached images, and for text, we already have Center and Right BBCodes that work fine.
