Help: Rainmeter Application • CPU meter accuracy

As far as I know, the task manager Processes tab used time-based counters (as did perfmon), while the CPU and Users tabs used utility-based counters (as did perfmon). There have never been utility-based process counters available, thus the discrepancy.

My first thought, based on the article's main screenshot, was they fixed the process counters to use utility-based values to sync everything up. The other tabs didn't actually need to change (depending on your point of view), but from seeing the last screenshot and the mention of "industry-standards", I'm wondering if MS has flipped everything around and back to Win7-style time-based counters.
Exactly, same here, hence the confusion. Doesn't make much sense to "roll out" something when you actually "roll back" to something, but who knows.
Gotta love how the sum not matching the total earlier wasn't a bug cause Task Manager said so, but when the bug is fixed it's "industry standard". :D
